Caracamp

The Caracamp Section is a very friendly group of Brookdale members with touring caravans and camper vans who meet for approximately 6 weekends rallies during the summer in Cheshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, the Midlands, Yorkshire and Wales. During the winter months (as we are “Fair-Weather” ralliers), we meet up at the Club to plan the following season’s events and for social events with film shows and talks.

As the name indicates when the section began almost 40 years ago we were a mixture of Caravaners and Campers. Although we have no campers at the moment they would be most welcome.

The Sunday circle gathering, if it rains caracampers are adept at erecting awnings, windbreaks and gazebos.

All ages enjoy a rally. Rally members and visitors often span several generations from toddlers to octogenarians.
