If you enjoy singing in harmony, and would like the opportunity to do so on a regular basis, then Andante may well be for you.

We are a friendly, mixed choir who meet on Wednesday evenings in the Jubilee Room and aim to put on two performances a year, a Sing-Along Coffee Morning in the spring (this year March 29th), and a Christmas concert (this year 13th December). Our repertoire is mostly 20th century popular music covering a wide range from old jazz standards, musicals and gospel to Abba, Ralph McTell and Barry Manilow. We also include a selection of carols and Christmas songs, some of which do precede the 20th century.

The majority of our music has been especially arranged by our Musical Director, Alan Streak.

We always welcome new members, especially in the Bass/Tenor sections, so why not come to one of our rehearsals, beginning at 8:00pm and find out more. Cost per evening is £1.50.
